I have a problem and cannot find a solution. I am using Joomla 4.2.2, but the problem also existed in Joomla 3. I have created a lengthy article and have italicized some of the text within paragraphs (using em tags). After saving, generally there is no problem, but occasionally after saving, all the italics are gone (the words remain, just the italics are gone). Currently using JCE Editor Pro version 2.9.61. None of the other articles on the site show this problem that I'm aware of.
I have recreated the article from scratch and still the problem exists. It's driving me crazy. Any suggestions would be most welcome.
