So what exactly do you need?

I'm not sure what you made for this page сharmeditalia.com/login. What do you mean under "uploaded files"?..
Nevertheless, such an appearance can be made using the standard login page. Or you should make an override of standard login page and edit it, but not upload files non-dependent on Joomla
